smaller books have to lay down quite far, so it’s be nice if it had a n adjuster or a weight or something, but otherwise this is great. Simple design and it gets my books off the messy counter top, thus saving them from major splatters.

This is not a bad product for the $$ but I am reading a 1000 page very large book that it can’t quite handle. It easily tips backwards and the page holders are tight so I have to pick the book up to change the page.

I have to confess I originally bought this recipe book holder for my youngest sister who is just starting out in her first place. When I opened it and got a good look I decided to keep it for myself. It is really nice looking, sleek and modern but not over done. It matches the brushed nickel hardware in the kitchen perfectly. I’m now thinking of getting the matching napkin holder, and of course I’ll be buying a second one for my sister...

This book holder is simple and effective. It holds cook books of various sizes (even very large ones) effectively. Due to the low price, I ordered two and am very happy with them. Just be aware that they do not not fold nor nest/stack. If you buy it, you will most likely need to leave it sitting out.
