Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) only. Please contact us by email or phone to receive your RMA#.
- Do not send any item(s) back to us with out an RMA#. Your package will be refused and no funds will be returned.
- Our return policy applies to most products, however some products are not refundable and these products will state this above the Add To Cart button. Examples of items that are not returnable include:
- Any item on our closeout page
- Any special order item - This includes many Drop Ship items
- Any customized product - This includes items with inscriptions and any item that is custom cut to size
- Products must be returned in NEW condition - This means:
- The product is unused
- The product is undamaged - this includes during the return shipping
- The product is unassembled as when it was received
- The product is in its original packaging
- The package contains all hardware and parts, including any assembly or instruction manuals
- Items that can not be re-sold as new (including the packaging) will not be refunded.
- Customers may return packages via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS however we suggest that you ship using a traceable and insured method as customers are fully responsible for all items until they are received by our returns department. Please make sure your RMA# is written on the return label.
- If a package is refused by the customer or returned to sender, we will deduct the amount of the return shipping from the return amount.
- Do Not ship a package back in the retail box. These boxes are not strong enough to survive small parcel shipping and the lables will disqualify the item from being in "new" condition. Always use a sturdy outer cardboard box with an inch of padding on each side to return an item.
- Customers are fully responsible for all items shipped back to us until they are received by the Organize-It Returns Department. This means that if any item is damaged during shipment, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier to receive your money. We will not issue a refund for damaged merchandised received at our location.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs for your order nor do we pay for you to return items to us.
- We may, at our sole discretion, choose to accept a return after 30 days from delivery. A 33 percent restocking fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for Closeout or Special Order items.
- In the event that you receive a damaged product, or the wrong product, DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT, contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days at (248)656-3350. We will send you a replacement item or parts at no cost to you. For damaged items we will require digital pictures of the damage sent to info@organizeit.com. Keep the damaged item until you receive the replacement. If you decide that you do not want the damaged item, it will be considered a return, and all of our return policies will apply. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
- We do not refund shipping charges. All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be applied to the method of payment originally used.
- Check and money order customers will need to allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.
Return Address
Pack your item securely enough to withstand small parcel shipping. Make sure to include your receipt along with a note explaining the reason for the return. Send your return using a trackable shipping method back to our warehouse.
