Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping weight of the item(s) purchased. The actual weight of the item may be lower than the shipping weight because shipping weight includes the dimensional weight of the item(s). Dimensional weight is used by all small package carriers (i.e. large light items like a plastic tote ship as if they weigh much more than they actually do). Organize-It primarily uses Fed Ex as our carrier but we also use US Postal Service for some shipments. We use the shipping weight to calculate shipping because we have found this to be the best method to attain fair and accurate shipping costs. We do not charge based on order value nor do we artificially inflate our prices to account for shipping charge deficiencies.

Your shipping costs can be determined after you have finished adding items to the cart by clicking on the Estimated Shipping Charges link directly under all your items in the shopping cart. This link will open an estimator window where you will enter your country (orders going outside the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand - please see our International Shipping page), city, state, postal / zip code. You will be presented with the shipping costs for your order. You will always see your shipping costs before you are asked to enter credit card information.

Shipping Methods - U.S & Canada
We ship orders anywhere in the United States, US Territories, US military (APO) addresses and Canada. For U.S. shipments we offer Ground Shipping, 2-Day Shipping, Next Day Shipping and USPS Priority Mail Shipping. For expedited (2nd day & next day) shipments we must receive the order before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time for it to go out that day. Expedited orders are not moved or delivered over weekends or holidays so those days are not counted for the delivery time. International Shipping
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
