Stacksandstacks.com ships all in-stock items from South-East Michigan. We currently ship to the following countries directly:- United States

For the countries above (not including the US and its territories) we ship via DHL Express. We also ship to over 200 other countries through our partner. Please see our International Shipping Information Page for more information about international shipments. We ship to US military addresses (APO, FPO). We ship based on the shipping weight of the products ordered. We found this to be the most accurate way to obtain true shipping costs. Keep in mind that the shipping weight may be higher than the actual weight of the order because shipping weight takes in to account the dimensional weight (how much space the package takes up) of the shipment. For example a large plastic crate may only weigh a few pounds but it will ship at a much higher weight because of its size. All carriers use dimensional weight.
Stacks understands that shipping costs are a concern for our customers so we ship many items free of shipping charges. For the items where we do charge shipping we try to have accurate shipping weights on our products. We have found that shipping using accurate ship weights is the best way to obtain fair and correct shipping costs.
Stacks uses both Fed Ex, Fed Ex Smart Post and USPS as our primary small package carriers. We reserve the right to use which ever carrier or method we feel is the most cost effective and economical method to have your package arrive in the time you specified by your shipping method.
At Stacks we make every effort to ship all in-stock orders received by 2:00 pm Eastern Time that same day. For expedited shipping (2nd Day or Next Day Air) we guarantee to ship in-stock orders the same day if the order is received by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Expedited orders are not moved or delivered over weekends or holidays, so those days should not be counted for the expected delivery time. Expedited shipping to Hawaii and Alaska takes one additional day to deliver than the chosen shipping method indicates (i.e. 2nd Day Air takes three days, and Next Day Air takes two days).
Please keep in mind that the 2:00 pm same day shipping for in-stock orders shipping ground is our goal that we hit most of the time but is not a guarantee. We can not ship the same day for orders where all items ordered are not in-stock, or if an item will be drop shipped from one of our vendors. Further if you provide us with a questionable or inaccurate shipping address or we will have to contact you regarding your order and your shipment will be delayed. In these cases the faster you respond to our phone call or email the faster we can ship your order.
Residents of Southeast Michigan may have the option to pick their order up. Certain in-stock items may be picked up at our Rochester Hills, Michigan warehouse. If this shipping option is available our cart will present it during check out.
Because some shipments (like furniture) are just too big or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like Fed Ex, Stacks uses an LTL (less than truckload) carrier. Items that require this type of delivery will be indicated on the item page. The carriers we use will have a left-gate to assist in delivery but the carriers will only deliver to the curb near your home. If you would like the item delivered inside your home (first floor only) you may purchase inside delivery for $100.00. More complicated inside deliveries or to floors other than ground level will require additional charges which can be quoted before delivery. These trucking companies require you to be home for delivery. They will call you to set a delivery appointment.
Stacks ships packages directly to the United States, US Territories, Canada, UK, Australia and the other direct ship countries listed above. As stated above we also ship world wide to over 200 countries using our third party shipping partner. All international customers where we ship direct may be responsible for any additional duties or taxes assessed by their government. The term Drop ship means that an order, or part of an order will be shipped to you directly from our vendor. This is usually done to save shipping costs, and to help keep our prices low. For drop shipped items you will not see a quantity under the shipped column on your invoice. Some drop shipped items are special order, and therefore are not returnable. These items will be marked on the item page. Also some drop ship products are custom made to order. Please allow an extra two weeks for delivery of drop ship products.
Customers are responsible for providing us with their correct shipping address. Fed Ex charges us a fee of $14.00 for all address corrections including incorrect or missing business names. We must pass this fee on to you if inaccurate shipping information is provided. Please double check your information before you place an order so you do not receive additional fees or your order is delayed.
The following delivery map is an estimated ship time for all FedEx Ground Shipments. USPS shipping may not adhere to this chart. Please note that Smart Post will take an extra day or two from the chart below. By the beginning of December we will put a countdown clock on the site for ground holiday shipments identifying how much time you have to order to receive your shipment by Christmas. Factors such as severe weather conditions and holidays should be considered when calculating Ground shipping time.

- The table below is based on the shipping weight of your order as this is the most fair and accurate way to calculate shipping costs. An item's shipping weight uses dimensional weight in to account for larger items which is the reason your shipping weight may be higher than the actual weight of the order.
- You will find the total shipping weight for your order on the first page of the shopping cart on the left side under all of the items you have added to the cart.
- Some items may not be eligible for expedited shipping. In the shopping cart you will not have these options available to you.
- We use both Fed Ex and USPS for shipping. If you are only able to receive packages from one of these carriers please note this in the comments section of your order.
- All APO addresses will use the ground rate. Some overseas APO of FPO address may require additional shipping as this is not accounted for in our ground rates.
- If you do not see your country listed in the table please see our International Shipping Information Page.
- Stacks reserves the right to cancel any order where the shipping costs are substantially higher than listed in the table below.
