Stacksandstacks.com collects only the information necessary to process your order or add you to our mailing list. You can feel confident that your personal information is safe. We collect information from you when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

Stacks uses a third party credit card processing gateway. Your credit card statement will display our parent company's name Organize-It for orders placed. This gateway is totally sucure,
so much so that we can not even see your entire credit card number.
Our server is secure. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized
with special access rights to our systems, and they are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (account numbers, etc.) may be kept on file in order to process returns. This information is limited to very few trusted people.
Because we collect credit card information through our servers, we have taken appropriate measures to ensure that we are PCI DSS Compliant.
