RATING AND REVIEWS HELP ORGANIZE-IT HEAR CUSTOMERS LOUD AND CLEAR
Before they buy, most shoppers want to know what other consumers thought about the product they purchased. Organize-It (www.organizeit.com), in keeping with Internet retail trends, is now offering its customers a chance to speak up and share their opinions about products and services.
For Organize-It, that's where Bazaar Voice comes in. BazaarVoice, through its Ratings & Reviews application, gives consumers a chance to speak up about a company, a product or a service, and allows other consumers to use that feedback in their decision to buy.
'Some of our products are so unique that customers may not have had the chance to see them in the big-box stores,' says Jim Pettinato, Organize-It products specialist. 'Ratings & Reviews will give that customer a better feel for the product, the feeling that there is a trustworthy, impartial voice associated with it.'
Organize-It will send personalized email invitations to its recent customers inviting them to review the products that they have purchased. The user simply creates a nickname, and will be welcome to review any product in the online store. Customer Ratings & Reviews will be prominently displayed along with other product-related information.
