Placing an Order
Use our secure Internet shopping option to place your order online. Customer service representatives are also available to take your order 24/7 at 248-656-3350. Remember we are part of Organize-It so that is how the phones are answered.
Cancelling an Order
At Stacks and Stacks we make every effort to get your in-stock orders out quickly - most ship the same day. Therefore we are not able to accept cancel my order requests. We have a high volume warehouse so we simply can not guarantee that we would even be able to find your order let alone cancel it. Any order may be returned to us after you receive it for a full refund or the item(s). Please see our Return Policy
Backordered Items
You can still order an item even if it is backordered by the manufacturer. Once we receive backordered items, they are the first priority of our shipping department. We will notify you via email of any back orders and these may be cancelled should you not wish to wait for the item.
Accepted Payment Methods
Stacks and Stacks wants to make it easy for you to place an order with us. Therefore we currently accept the following methods of payment:

Gift Wrap
We do offer gift wrapping to allow our customers to purchase gifts and send them directly to their recipients. However, there are a few restrictions on what we can and can not gift wrap:
- Items marked oversized or items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer can not be gift wrapped.
- We can not accommodate multiple shipping locations, so everything in a given order will be sent in one box and wrapped together. If you wish to send gifts to separate locations, you may place multiple orders.
- All items in the order will be wrapped together. We can not offer separate wrapping of items.
- If oversized items are included in an order and you select gift wrap, the other items (but not the oversized items) will be wrapped.
- We can not use bows or ribbons. Our gift wrap service includes paper and a gift message only.
Using Discount Codes and Gift Certificates
We frequently run special offers and promotions to save you money. Our discount codes can be found in our email newsletter, our catalog mailings, package inserts, and occasionally on our website. Organization-Store.com accepts only one promotional code per order. Enter your promotional code by clicking on the promotional or gift code link in the shopping cart. Then enter your code or in the space provided. Your discount will automatically calculate and your order total adjusted.
To use a gift certificate for payment you would also click on the promotional or gift code link. In the space provided enter your gift certificate codes (remember they are case sensitive). If you have multiple gift codes or a discount code to be used please separate the codes with a comma. If you call to place your order please remember to give your code to your Customer Service Representative when you place your order.
