Shipping Charges All shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on the weight of the items and the physical distance that your shipment must travel. This includes Ground, Second Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail shipments. Your shipping costs will be estimated by our shopping cart as you add or remove items. Once you enter your postal/zip code into the shopping cart, you will be presented with the actual shipping costs. If you provide inaccurate shipping information that must be corrected for FedEx to deliver your order, you will be charged a rerouting fee of $8.00. Certain Special Order items cannot be cancelled; this will be noted on the individual item page. |

Shipping Methods We will ship orders anywhere within the United States and Canada, and also to US Military (APO's) addresses. We offer FedEx Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail. |

| If you would like your order shipped the same day with expedited shipping (2nd Day or Next Day Air), it must be placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Expedited orders are not moved or delivered over weekends or holidays, so those days should not be counted for the expected delivery time. | Canadian Shipping Organize-It has partnered with Canada Post's "Borderfree" service to allow you to see your total price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Simply add items to your shopping cart, and use the Canadian Checkout button to complete your order. You will pay Canada Post Borderfree the total order amount in Canadian dollars, and they will ensure that products get right to your door. Taxes & Duties - Canadian customers must pay Canadian taxes and duties on each order. The tax rate applied depends on federal and provincial tax regulations in place at the time you place your order. Duties will be determined by product type, the country in which the product was manufactured and the value of the product. These taxes and duty charges will appear in your shopping cart. Exchange Rate - The Canadian dollar exchange rate in effect during the day that you order, is applied to your order. The exchange rate and the final Canadian dollar total charged to you is determined when you order and is guaranteed not to change. Shipping Charges - Your shipping costs will be dynamically calculated in the shopping cart. Charges are based on size and weight of the package and the distance it must travel. Billing - Your credit card will be billed by Canada Post Borderfree once your order leaves Borderfree's warehouse in the United States en route to the Canadian border and your delivery address in Canada. If your order is sent in several boxes, you will see one transaction per box billed to your credit card. The total of these charges will never exceed the order total you agreed to when placing the order. Your order will be billed to your credit card by the Borderfree service of Canada Post. "OrganizeItWEB/PHORDERBRDRFREE" will appear as the merchant on your credit card statement. Order Tracking - Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears Borderfree's international facility in the United States and is on its way to you, you will receive a Shipment Notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. |
