Damaged Shipments In the event that you receive a damaged product, or the wrong product, contact our Customer Service Department within 21 days at 1-800-210-7712. Most likely, we will send you a replacement item or parts at no cost to you. Keep the damaged item until you receive the replacement. If you decide that you do not want the damaged item, it will be considered a return. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse, and shipping costs will not be refunded. |

Returns from Canada Canadian customers who use Canada Post Borderfree must contact Organize-It customer service before sending a return. We will provide you with a Canadian address to which you must ship your return. Please call 1-800-210-7712 for our Canadian returns address. Please do not send return shipments sent to our United States warehouse. Your return will be sent to Borderfree, and Canada Post will refund taxes and duties. Organize-it can not refund taxes and duties. |

First, pack your item securely enough to withstand FedEx shipping. Make sure to include your receipt along with a note explaining the reason for the return. Don't forget to note whether you want an exchange or a refund. Send your return using a trackable shipping method back to our warehouse (even if your order was drop shipped). Cancel an Order If you wish to cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Department right away at 1-800-210-7712. We strive to process and ship every in-stock order within 24 hours, so immediate action is necessary to cancel an order. A restocking fee of $5.00 will be applied to all cancelled orders. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and must be processed as a return. Certain Special Order items cannot be cancelled; this will be noted on the individual item page. |
